How it works

What to expect from first browse to a match — and where our part of the process deliberately ends.
Create your profile
Donors share the general traits families browse — appearance, education, heritage, cultural identity — plus anything more they choose to disclose. Families share who they are and their story. Nothing is browsable until you've read and accepted our platform disclaimers, and you control what you disclose at every step.
Browse and discover
Both sides browse a discovery feed of profile cards. Search and filters use the general traits shown on cards only — health and genetic information can't be searched or filtered, by design. Photos on discovery cards appear only where a donor has chosen to share one.
Match when interest is mutual
When a donor and a family both express interest, that's a match. A match is an introduction — not a reservation, a commitment, or an agreement. It simply opens the door for both sides to learn more about each other.
Share more, on your terms
A mutual match unlocks messages and fuller profiles. Donors decide what else to share — a health summary in their own words, photos, and, only with the donor's explicit consent, a genetic summary from a licensed lab. Every view of that shared information is recorded in the donor's access log.
Your clinic takes it from here
Everything that comes next — screening, legal agreements, compensation, and any medical procedure — happens with the independent licensed professionals both sides choose to work with. We are the introduction, never the procedure.
